Last year in Cape Town we were confronted with some parts of that past and in particular with the impressive way freedom and humanity can strengthen a society to overcome dark episodes. Both values: freedom and humanity, are fundamental for the position and tasks of public broadcasting. INPUT offers producers, directors, journalists and programme-makers from all over the world a platform to discuss their profession against this background.
