"Scandinavians have a reputation for quiet efficiency. That quality was very much in evidence in the organisation and execution of INPUT 1989 in Stockholm's Berns Hotel and Congress Centre. Anne-Margrete Wachtmeister - who emerged from the Philadelphia board reorganization as its new chair - brought together four Nordic broadcasters to host the conference, Sweden's SVT, Norway's NRK, Denmark's DR and Finland's YLE. It fell to Marianne Anderberg to shape the elements into a successful conference."
