"It is doubtful that many who came to INPUT 1990 had ever heard of Horace Greeley. For Americans his name is forever associated with the expression "Go West!" And that is exactly what the INPUT did following Stockholm. Risking a possible drop in attendance because of its location, INPUT '90 accepted the invitation of a coalition of Canadian film and television institutions to set up shop in Edmonton, Alberta. Not to worry. More than 600 cam, very nearly a record."
