From 23 to 30 January 2015 television experts from Japan, South Korea, the United States, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Canada, Finland, Switzerland and Germany convened at the INPUT Secretariat in Berlin.

While outside winter showed a grey and rainy face, inside the atmosphere in the screening rooms was very animated.

About 230 television and cross media productions had been uploaded by National Coordinators and INPUT followers from Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong-Kong, Hungary, India, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tajikistan, the Netherlands, the United States and Zimbabwe.

The selection group was faced with the difficult business of putting together a conference programme for Tokyo which reflects what is going on in the world of television around the globe and will be interesting for media professionals from various cultural backgrounds. They mastered their task beautifully and have created four days that will surprise and entertain, stir debates and inspire the thought: I wish I had made this programme!

A big thank you to all of the INPUT 2015 Moderators! It will be a great inspiration to see and hear you in Tokyo.
